About six hours later, it looks like he had a nibble. Problem is, it came from John Wessling, who lists himself as an on-air personality at a Houston sports talk radio station. Quite possibly Sampson was being goofed on. Sampson responded to him that he bought the car for $20,000 last year and had only received an offer of $15,000 from the deal...
