CLASSLESS DODGERS BLOWN OUT AND SENT PACKING

Posted October 20, 2013

When the St Louis Cardinals eliminated the classless Dodgers and moved onto the World Series it was a good thing for Major League Baseball. First of all the Cardinals are one of the more storied and successful franchises in baseball. Their fans get it when it comes to the history of the game. The Dodgers on the other hand have a fan base of mostly phony plastic people who are notorious for leaving games early to beat the traffic. Many just come to the games to 'Be Seen'. They aren't as bad as the phonies who root for Tampa Bay...or should I say 'Not root for Tampa Bay' as evidenced by the horrible crowds they draw all season long. (Then they pack the stadium for a Playoff game, so phony and lame)

The Red Sox took care of eliminating the Rays and their sorry fan base and now St Louis has taken care of the despicable Dodgers. This sets up a World Series of two storied franchises with great fan bases since Boston advanced past the Tigers. As a Yankees fan I have to root against Boston but I just think they might be the 'Team of Destiny' this season. In any event it should be a great Series and not a Dodger or Tampa Bay Ray in sight...as it should be.
