The Colts signed outside linebacker Jerry Brown and waived linebacker Brandon Peguese. Brown played at the University of Illinois, where he had just 13 tackles. But he hooked on with the Jacksonville Sharks of the Arena Football League in 2011 before joining the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League. He returned to the AFL this year, playing in 10 games for the San Antonio Talons before joining the Colts. Peguese signed with the Colts Feb. 13. The undrafted rookie signed with the Eagles last offseason but failed to make the roster.
