Oklahoma State's players appreciate that the media thinks highly enough about the Cowboys to pick them to win the Big 12 Conference this season.
But they don't want to buy into the hype, especially after an 8-5 season in which Oklahoma State started three different quarterbacks and settled for a trip to the Heart of Dallas Bowl.
Coach Mike Gundy has said preseason expectations...

Standout cornerback Chris Hardeman of Houston joined Alief Taylor High School teammate Keenan Brown in making it a double commitment day. Hardeman, a four-star cornerback, and Brown, a four-star wide receiver, committed after visiting Oklahoma...
Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy celebrated his 46th birthday on Monday. Gundy celebrated with a two-a-day practice schedule and was in a very good mood during the morning workout. Of course, many folks were in a joking mood in wishing Gundy a happy birthday with the trademark phrase from his now famous rant of "I'm a man, I'm 40."
Just a few days after adding Oklahoma State transfer Naim Mustafaa to its roster, the Hurricanes added three more defensive linemen on Saturday.
