Crabtree and 49ers to meet today to talk contractr

Pro Football Talk is reporting that rookie Michael Crabtree and his agent Eugene Parker are scheduled to meet with the 49ers today to talk about renegotiating a contract. No official meeting has been set up, but I am sure that once Crabtree and Parker arrive into Santa Clara, the 49ers will be ready to talk.The 49ers probably won't budge on their original stance of paying Crabtree the money he deserves for a #10 pic. The might add some incentives or an extra year, but nothing like what #7 pick Darrius Heyward-Bey. Crabtree has been foolish the whole time-- the 10 weeks that he has avoided the 49ers. The team has gone on without him just fine. Every time Mike Singletary was asked about Crabtree, he would say that Crabtree would be welcomed, but if he isn't going to be here, the team moves on. The team has moved on and they are sitting at 3-1 atop the division. That must be the reason why Crabtree wants to sign with the team so bad. Right now, he is missing out on a strong 49e...
