(Philadelphia Eagles) On Monday night, former Flyers 2nd overall pick James van Reimsdyk made his return to the Wells Fargo Center as the Flyers faced the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Leafs ultimately defeated the Flyers 4-2. The Eagles cut two starting defensive tackles, Cullen Jenkins and Mike Patterson.  The Flyers fell to the Maple Leafs 4-2. The Wells Fargo Center was ready to welcome JVR back, but the Leafs earned the two points. (The Orange Update) During the game on Monday night, the Flyers actually made a trade. The Flyers traded one of their young prospect for another young prospect. (Broad Street Hockey) Jakub Voracek, who has recently been the Flyers best player,  was recognized by the NHL and was named first star of the week. (Buzz on Broad) The Eagles announced two pretty significant cuts on the defensive side of the ball. The team has cut defensive tackles Cullen Jenkins and Mike Patterson.
