NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. will miss the race at Charlotte Motor Speedway Saturday night and the following race at Kansas Speedway after being diagnosed with a concussion earlier this week. Earnhardt Jr. outlined what led to this diagnosis and how he feels about stepping out of the car for a couple of races.
