According to Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com the Cowboys will sign former Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Jeris Pendleton, after they make the necessary roster move to clear space for him.
At age 29, Pendleton is only a year removed from college, after taking six years off following high school before joining Joliet Junior College as a walk-on. He would then go on to transfer to a Division II Ashland University before he was drafted by the Jaguars in the seventh-round last year. He would only play four games with them recording a single tackle.
The second-year player could join the rest of the Cowboys on the field Tuesday morning for the start to Dallas’ mini-camp if everything goes as planned.

IRVING, Tex. - The Dallas Cowboys gathered Tuesday for the first practice of mini-camp — which differs from the OTAs in recent weeks only in the sense that attendance at mini-camp is required — and for the second time in as many weeks, the highlight of the day took place after practice.

I'm normally the first person to say as Buffalo fans, we shouldn't throw stones at any other team because, well, we kind of suck at sports. But last week, I couldn't help but laugh my ass off at how badly the Dallas Cowboys looked when it came to figuring out who was going to call the offensive plays.
Bill Callahan? Really? The guy who hasn't called offensive...
