Dana White has a strong message for anyone who believes Saturday's UFC bout between Anderson Silva and Chris Weidman was fixed. And the message includes a few expletives, too.The social media world lit up immediately following Silva's second-round TKO loss to new middleweight champion Chris Weidman with some alleging the fight was fixed. White, the UFC President, adamantly shot down any such accusations in an interview after the pay-per-view event."It happened so fast – and some of you said it, and I was thinking the same thing – 'What just happened? Was he goofing around? Is he still goofing around when he's down, and he's getting ready to pull guard?' Then they show that replay, and you just see him get clipped, and his eyes just roll back in his head," White said."Yeah, the fix is in, you (expletive) idiots."Obviously, White is clearly not a fan of anyone who wants to believe in conspiracy theories. He thinks those people need to look at the bigger picture, adding that they are just using the fix theory as a way to make sense of what they witnessed."Did you look around that arena tonight when he (expletive) lost? The whole (expletive) place was like going, 'Holy (expletive)!' People were clapping and cheering. I've got a buddy from Boston who's down in Huntington Beach right now, and he said the streets were loaded with people out in the streets just yelling and screaming and going crazy. Imagine what it was like in Brazil, what it was like in Brazil when the dude lost. This is just one of those moments where people are just (expletive) going crazy. Anderson Silva lost tonight. That's just one of those crazy moments."There is no denying that Saturday's result was crazy. Silva had entered the match with 17 consecutive victories and 10 consecutive title defenses. But it just wasn't in the proverbial cards for Silva to emerge victories this time around. At least that's what White is saying.Via USA TODAY
