According to Fox Sports Jay Glazer, the NFL Owners and NFL Players Association (NFLPA) have come to an agreement on the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. As a formality the NFLPA representatives and players must vote to approve the CBA to make it official.

Sources present during negotiations told Fox Sports that with the new agreement team facilities will open as early as Tuesday. Training camps will start on Wednesday for 10 teams, then on Thursday for another 10 teams, Friday for 10 more teams and Sunday for the remaining 2 teams.

Players are expected to report to team facilities on Tuesday to vote to recertify the NFLPA as a union. Once this takes place they can negotiate terms for the league’s drug programs, player discipline fines and workers comp. As of now it seems that the 2011 football season is set to begin.
