BY SEAN DONOVANThe Miami Dolphins swapped out offensive linemen on Tuesday, cutting one that earned his spot on the team last year in favor of one who squandered his with the team that drafted him.Second-year offensive lineman Josh Samuda, who was high on dedication but a little short on natural ability, was released to make room for Danny Watkins, who represents the other side of the spectrum on both traits. The signing was first reported by CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora.Watkins was the 23rd overall pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011, and as his free agent availability suggests, struggled mightily at right guard in his first two seasons.
