Change to NBA All-Star ballot could help Heat
The Miami Heat now have a much better chance to become the first team since the 1990 Los Angeles Lakers to have three NBA All-Star starters.
NBA.com reported the league will announce Wednesday a change in the All-Star balloting. Fans will vote for three frontcourt players rather than two forwards and a center.
