FF Locker Room:
San Francisco 49ers draft pick Quinton Patton has agreed to a four-year deal with the organization Wednesday and will have a tough road ahead to prove himself worthy of playing time on the formidable 49ers defense. Falling short in both size and athleticism, Patton’s road to regular playing time in the NFL most likely will have to go through putting in some time at special teams. Even then, becoming a regular defensive back could prove tough down for the young kid from Louisiana Tech.
