LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The Oregon Ducks needed a shot in the arm in overtime and Arsalan Kazemi was just what the doctor order by scoring 11 of his 14 points in the five-minute overtime period to propel the Ducks to an 80-77 win over Washington.

Arsalan Kazemi came alive for Oregon in the overtime both on the boards and in the scoring column, leading the Ducks to an 80-77 win this evening in Las Vegas. The Huskies had chances to win the game in regulation but weren’t able to close out Oregon.
As Arsalan Kazemi sat on the bench in the second half after struggling, he waited for a second chance, plotting how he'd play better if it came.
When the chance did come, his plan played out perfectly.

The Ducks relied on tough defense and some critical play from veteran players. The Ducks will face UCLA in the championship game on Saturday night with tipoff scheduled for 8:00 p.m.
