Dwyane Wade is back in his hometown of Chicago to take on the Bulls Wednesday night in hopes of extending the Heat win-streak to 28 games.  On Tuesday, Wade visited the “By The Hand Club”, an after-school program with a reading lab in his name where he surprised a room-full of kids.  According to By The Hand Club, Wade, while talking with the kids through FaceTime on some of the 20 iPads he donated to the club, walked through the door to a room full of smiles. photos via Facebook.com/ByTheHandClubForKids
