Bill-cowher-announce
Jason LaCanfora put out a pretty potent Eagles tweet Sunday afternoon. He threw some cold water on the Eagles-Brian Kelly courtship and tied them to Bill Cowher, all in less than 140 characters. Jason La Canfora tweeted: "Many I’m talking to expect Brian Kelly to stay at Notre Dame rather than go to PHI. Eagles made approaches on Bill Cowher early in process" While the Cowher nugget is certainly noteworthy, it doesn’t appear that the union will happen. There have been conflicting reports as to Cowher’s level of interest in returning to the sidelines but it looks like the debate can be put to bed. CBS Sports PR's account tweeted: "Contrary to reports I have no plans to go back into coaching. I plan on being with one team and that is with you (CBS) says Bill Cowher." Source: PhillyMag.com
