The first pick in the fourth round Saturday packed plenty of excitement, as the Philadelphis Eagles traded up to select USC quarterback Matt Barkley, who had been waiting for two days for someone, anyone, to select him. He likely won't be starting any time soon in Philly, and he's certainly not the mobile QB the head coach Chip Kelly loves, but it is what it is. Both the Chiefs and Raiders were reportedly eyeing the QB, which made the move up a necessity to grab him. The Eagles traded two picks to the Jacksonville Jaguars, nos. 101 (4th)  and 210 (7th) to move into the 98th spot. Phildelphia now has a quarterback surplus of sorts. NFL.com's Greg Rosenthal writes: ' Kelly also said there was "no reason not to go to camp" with five quarterbacks: Barkley, Michael Vick, Nick Foles, Dennis Dixon and G.J. Kinne.
