TUSCALOOSA - OCTOBER 17: ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews interviews running back Mark Ingram #22 of the Alabama Crimson Tide after the game against the South Carolina Gamecocks at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on October 17, 2009. Erin Andrews‘ job for the 2013 ALCS is, for the most part, to stand in front of a camera and chat with players or fellow broadcasters. There aren’t too many rules in place but one major no-no is getting names wrong. Apparently, that’s too much to ask. Andrews had a rough Game 3 in Detroit, first calling Detroit skipper Jim Leyland “Joe Leyland” and, in a postgame interview with Mike Napoli, she nearly called Tigers ace Justin Verlander “Justin Bieber.” See both gaffes below. Andrews addressed both slip-ups on Twitter following the contest. If u really think I have Bieber on my mind, then u are soooooo right #sarcasm— Erin Andrews (@ErinAndrews) October 16, 2013 Ya...corrected myself on air..joe buck, joe west..it happens RT @kylejot81: @ErinAndrews called Jimmy Leyland 'Joe Leyland'...
