Laying it on the Line:
Well, this is what we expected. I am of the opinion that this is almost good news. I'd much rather have a very healthy Liriano in 2008 than a partially healthy Liriano in 2007. When you factor in the idea that many pitchers return with better pitching after Tommy John surgery, it makes me think Liriano will be the most unbeatable pitcher in 2008Guess we'll have to rely upon Santana and his stable of untried but talented youngsters next year. Should be fun!!!
