But have you ever stopped to ask yourself: "What are the key components of the UM strength and conditioning program and what are the specific, targeted and tangible goals for each player and the team as a whole?"
Speed? Weight training? Strength? Mental Toughness? Agility? Diet and Nutrition? Body Mass Index? Explosiveness? Running Drills? Flexibility? Injury Prevention? Endurance? Aerobic Conditioning? Stamina?
Or maybe it is my favorite answer on any test: ALL OF THE ABOVE!
