Iowa (7-5, 4-4) will meet Oklahoma (9-3, 5-3) of the Big 12 Conference in the 2011 Insight Bowl. The 23rd annual Insight Bowl will be played Dec. 30 at 9:05 p.m. (CT) in Sun Devil Stadium (56,000) in Tempe, Ariz.Oklahoma began the season as the top-ranked team in both the Associated Press and ESPN coaches' polls. The Sooners are ranked 14th in the BCS Standings and 19th in both the Associated Press and ESPN coaches polls.This will be Iowa's second straight appearance in the Insight Bowl. The Hawkeyes defeated 12th-ranked Missouri 27-24 a year ago.
