From Riches to........Garbage? It is officially one week until the NFL Draft, and since we are FLOPPINGOUT, we are going to bring you some big time NFL DRAFT FLOPS, or BUSTS. To kick things off, I’ll bring back one of the biggest draft Flops. Ki-Jana Carter, in his three college seasons was one of nations best running backs while playing for the legend himself, Joe Paterno at Penn State. Carter played on the Nittany Lion’s 1994 12-0 undefeated team, amongst a few other eventual solid NFL players such as Joe Jurevicius, Kerry Collins, OJ McDuffie, Bobby Engram and Kyle Brady. Together this explosive offense propelled the 1994 Penn State team to a Rose Bowl appearance, in which they blew out the Oregon Ducks, 38-20. Ki-Jana received co-MVP honors during the Rose Bowl game, rushing for 156 yards and 3 touchdowns on 21 carries.
