Four main card bouts now official for "Strikeforce: Columbus"

By Thomas Casale January 31, 2011Strikeforce's first-ever show in the state of Ohio is now set with four main card bouts officially being announced on Monday. Two titles will be on the line March 5 when light-heavyweight champion Rafael "Feijao" Cavalcante (10-2) takes on Dan Henderson (26-8) and women's welterweight champion Marloes Coenen (18-4) meets Meisha Tate (11-2). Also squaring off at "Strikeforce: Columbus" will be lightweights Billy Evangelista (11-0) vs. Jorge Masvidal (20-6) and middleweights Tim Kennedy (12-3) vs. Luke Rockhold (7-1 MMA). Kennedy was originally rumored to to be facing Jason "Mayhem" Miller for a third time at this event but the fight never materialized, so it will be Rockhold getting the nod instead.
