Over the years, an untold number of cats, squirrels, streakers and the like have unexpectedly found their way onto sports playing fields. Thursday night in Lubbock, TX, was perhaps the first time ever a fox has had the honor.
During the third quarter of the TCU-Texas Tech game, said fox — which had somehow made its way into Jones AT&T Stadium — was running loose behind the Horned Frogs’ sideline. It was a moment that paved the way for this fantastic tweet.
