At the recent Goody's Fast Relief 500 at Martinsville Speedway in Virginia on Sunday, April 1, the friendly rivalry between racing legend and Goody's® Headache Powder spokesman Richard Petty and country music superstar and BC® Powder spokesman Trace Adkins, ended in a truce that resulted in a total donation of $100,000 to help two charitable causes. Victory Junction, chosen by Petty, and Wounded Warrior Project™ (WWP), Adkins' chosen charity, each received a donation of $50,000 from the powder brand they represent. The donations were a part of the continued Goody's and BC Pick A Powder Campaign (www.pickapowder.com) that began in 2010 to see which powder is the fastest at getting rid of pain.
