By: Casey Johnston (@CaseyR82) Last Game for the Pens:  Saturday, a 4-1 win over the Buffalo Sabres.  Sidney Crosby, Chuck Kobasew, and Craig Adams all scored their second goals of the year while Chris Kunitz notched his first of the year with a penalty shot.  Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 20 of 21 shots. Last Game for the Hurricanes:  Sunday, a 2-1 win over the Philadelphia Flyers.  Jay Harrison and Radek Dvorak both scored for the Hurricanes.  Jeff Skinner assisted for both.  Anton Khudobin stopped 17 of 18 shots. Last Time These Two Teams Met:  April 27, 2013.  The Penguins closed out the regular season with an 8-3 win over the Hurricanes.  James Neal scored a hat trick while Jussi Jokinen lit the lamp twice against the team that is paying part of his salary.  Seven other Penguins had 2 or more points on the night.  Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 27 of 30 shots. Story of the Game:  The Penguins are facing the Hurricanes for the first time as a division opponent.  Marc-Andre Fleury is coming into this game having stopped 47 of the first 48 shots he faced.  For his efforts, Fleury was awarded the NHL’s third star of the week.  The Hurricanes are leaving Carolina for the first time after opening at home with two games and going 1-0-1.  It’s only the third game of the season, but only 1 point separates the two in the standings right now.  Oh, and Carolina has two Staal brothers.  That might come up at some point.
