Going on vacation.

Posted June 30, 2013
This will be the last time I write for a while. I'm going on vacation for a while. You guys keep up the site while I'm gone. I'll catch you all in a week or so. For the record if Chip Kelly were to have the same success as Andy Reid I certainly wouldn't mind that, but I'm rooting for greater success than that. Why wouldn't I want to see Kelly become the winningest coach in Eagles history? Seems kind of foolish for anyone to willingly root against the coach of the Eagles and claim to be an Eagles fan before the guy has even coached one down doesn't it? Ah the arguments some of you guys make would be funny if they weren't so sad.

  • Try to enjoy your vacation as much as I will!
  • have a safe vacation...see you soon.
  • Enjoy your vacation, Eazy!
  • hey who knows when you return the eagles might have a new coach, a coach most will love??
if you get my drift ah...
  • Most of us want to see ANY coach succeed that is hired by our favorite team. Some of us have hidden (or not so hidden) agendas that leave them looking for any reason to pick the new coach apart. You happen to be on a website where we have two such people...I haven't seen anything typed up by any others that suggest that they don't want to see Kelly win...it just doesn't fit with being a true fan.
  • As a True Oregon ducks fan and sadly unless we WIN??? you wont see what I call a True fan!
we begin with the coaches I've seen in my 61 years on this planet..
we begin with Len Casanova a record of.....82-13-8
    Jerry Frei.....22-29-2
    Dick Enright.....6-16
    Don Read.........9-24
    Rich Brooks........91-109-4
    Mike Bellotti......137-80-2
    Chip Kelly........46-7
and now the new era with Mark Helfrich
  • Im heading out tomorrow as well. To the beach! EZ when we get back I think the "tanking" theme needs further clarification. Losing on purpose goes against everything you are taught in sports. I think Eagle fans are overthinking. The last two years have been the "next year " campaigns. Woulnt winning do more than lets say a non guaranteed top five pick.?
  • F A N T A S T I C
  • Well I back. I had to visit some family. My father was in the hospital for days. I see the flipster used that time to show his true colors. I see he has "grown" into being a piece of garbage. Perhaps one day he may actually grow into something that isn't a hypocritical piece of trash.
  • The last half a year has shown just how much he has grown.
