For some I am sure this may be boring--"OMG! Not another home run by that Chris Davis! Ugh! Does he know how to do anything else?" To those fans of the British singer and guitarist of the same name--sorry, but baseball's Chris Davis is such a bigger and better story.
Now for Davis to break Barry Bonds record he will have to catch fire for the rest of the season (possible but not probable). That doesn't mean he can't go for the 60 home run milestone; something that only one non-juicer has hit. With No. 35 against the Toronto Blue Jays Friday he is on pace to hit just that.
