Kasey Kahne won the pole for Sunday’s Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 from Talladega with a time of 50.017 seconds. Ryan Newman, Clint Bowyer, Tony Stewart, and Greg Biffle round out the top five starting positions. There was only 43 entries this week, so all drivers made the race. It sounds like most will try to go the distance, which is an added bonus. Chase drivers Kevin Harvick (21st), Brad Keselowski (22nd), and Denny Hamlin (23rd) will have some ground to make up the green flag flies live on ESPN at 1 PM EST.
