Hall of Fame quarterback Fran Tarkenton was admittedly angered upon learning of the bounty program imposed by defensive coordinator Gregg Williams and the New Orleans Saints over the last three seasons. "We didn't play with bounties," the 72-year-old Tarkenton told ESPN Radio. "Dick Butkus didn't have bounties on anybody, or there wouldn’t have been anybody to play because he would’ve killed them all." Tarkenton also took issue with the notion of Williams ever returning to an NFL sideline. "He has done this at Tennessee, he did it in Buffalo, he did it with the Washington Redskins, he's done it here," Tarkenton said.
