According to ESPN.com, the Jaguars and their first round pick from the 2009 NFL draft have agreed terms. Eugene Monroe, selected eighth overall, adds another talented player to the Jaguars' offensive line.  Out of Virginia, Monroe is said to be a very talented pass-blocker, and one who needs a little bit of work with his run-blocking. At 6'5" and over 300 lbs, Monroe adds great size and youth to a revamped offensive line from a year ago.  According to the report, the deal will be worth slightly more than the amount ninth overall pick, B.J. Raji, received from the Green Bay Packers.  Raji signed at 5-year, $28.5 million with $18 million guaranteed.  Monroe can now report to practice, and could see game time in all four of the Jaguars pre-season games.  The Jaguars travel to Miami to take on the Dolphins in their pre-season opener on Monday at 7:30 PM ET.
