Racing at the Beach…James Buescher will return to the sight of his first career NASCAR win. Buescher won the season-opening NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) race at the famed 2.5-mile superspeedway in 2012. When entering the final corners on the last lap, the “big one” took place and Buescher was able to steer clear and maneuver his way through the wreckage en route to first career victory. Buescher has competed at Daytona since that victory, in both the NNS and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Lucky Numbers…The No. 34 Turner Scott Motorsports team will carry the Florida Lottery on their Chevrolet Camaro for this week’s Subway Firecracker 250. The Florida Lottery is “hot” right now, with new games, bigger prizes and more winners.
