Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is feeling the pressure to win and he wants his best players on the field now more then ever. One player who has been off the field for nearly a month is nose tackle Jay Ratliff. Ratliff missed his seventh game of the season on Sunday. Ratliff has been dealing with groin, ankle and foot problems. It has been a difficult season for a one time pro-bowl player. Of course there was a little activity becasue of all this. As Mike Fisher of 105.3 the fan reports, Jones and Ratliff had a verbal argument following the Cowboys win against Philadelphia last Sunday night. … after Dallas beat the Eagles, Ratliff engaging in what sources call a “volcanic’’ and jaw-to-jaw exchange with none other than Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. “They’re both passionate men and great men and they want to win, that’s all it is,’’ one source said. “But they were in each other’s faces.
