Jim Harbuagh heaps praise on his offensive coordinator Greg Roman, calling him ‘revolutionary’ in his line of thinking. Harbaugh feels the mixture of offensive styles has created a new way to play, and that it is only the tip of the iceberg going forward.
The work Roman had done with Colin Kaepernick, and the combination of option and conventional offensive football has given the 49ers the best chance to win. Harbaugh may be getting a little ahead of himself since the trend started in Denver and Carolina last year, but we get what he’s saying.
