Well, with the NFL starting now, it’s not so bad. But the NBA is still really, really, news-less at the moment, so let’s clean up a couple of small news and notes for the Chicago Bulls.
First, the more important of the two nuggets I have today: the Bulls and Luol Deng have broken off contract extension talks. Aggrey Sam of Comcast...

Since it’s throwback Thursday, it’s only right that following up a post about Vanilla Ice, I hit you with another 90′s favorite who made a career transition from music to film – and TV. Mark Wahlberg, better known back in the day at Marky Mark was spotted in the gym with Chicago Bulls forward, Jimmy Butler.
Butler posted a photo to Instagram along with this message:
It’s not often that we get to talk about actor Mark Wahlberg on this blog but when he gets a chance to play one-on-one against Bulls forward Jimmy Butler, it has to be noted this site.

At this point, I think it’s pretty clear that Derrick Rose is 100 percent physically, whether he’s operating at full capacity mentally is a totally different story.
The Chicago Bulls point guard, has had more than enough time to recover from the devastating knee injury he sustained two postseasons ago, but when addressing his status at a promotional tour overseas for Adidas...

In preparation for the Bulls season opener against the Miami Heat Derrick Rose spent time battling sumo wrestlers playing table tennis and working out for his Adidas Promotional tour in Asia this past week.
Rose spent the last six days in China and will wrap up his tour in the Philippines before returning to the United States to get ready for the 2013-14 NBA season.
With the Bulls...
The Chicago Bulls’ Jimmy Butler had a great 2012-2013 campaign, and is hitting the offseason with the same tenacity he showed when guarding Kobe Bryant last year. The regiment is a strict one, but also a fair one. What would that training be exactly? It would of course be playing some one-on-one with March Wahlberg. It would appear that Jimmy won 7-6 if his Instagram caption...
Jimmy Butler is coming up in the world, the rising star played one-on-one with actor Mark Wahlberg. Butler should have been able to dominate Wahlberg, but according to CSN Chicago, Butler only won 7-6.
