Jon Hamm, star of AMC’s “Mad Men”, dropped by The Late Late Show on Tuesday night to discuss a lot of things with host Craig Ferguson. Topics included DQ Blizzards, hosting, athletes, sports, St. Louis, Scotland, gender, golf, pink, snakes, and everything you would never expect to be discussed on ESPY eve. This interview is a gold mine. Article found on: Next Impulse Sports

Jon Hamm's opened the ESPYs, skewered Dwight Howard

Jon Hamm's opening monologue from the ESPYs was actually pretty good. Johnny Football is 20. **Follow us on Twitter, View Blitz Viral Videos, or Return to us on Twitter. Subscribe or Return to Bob's Blitz.

Gary Pinkel now has a website, and its first offering is a doozy

Gary Pinkel, the head coach at Missouri, is launching his own website. This is largely a “keep up with the Joneses” move that mirrors other sites of high profile coaches, and an attempt to grow the brand of Missouri football. The current video on the site, however, is something to behold. Let’s start with the boilerplate. Via, we get the standard announcement...

What to watch tonight: Jon Hamm hosts the ESPYs

Jon Hamm DESTROYS Dwight At ESPYs

The ESPYS aired last night, hosted of course by the brilliant and “always seems to be doing it right” Jon Hamm. And now add this to that title – Menudo Hero Status. Because he took a BIG swing at Dwight Howard last night, and the thing landed like a missile. He gets him so good even Dwyane Wade can’t help but giggle. Well done, Hamm. Maybe now they’ll put you up to host...

ESPY Awards Live: Jon Hamm Hosts Annual Sporting Showcase From Los Angeles’ Nokia Theater

11 a.m. ET: Some would call Wednesday, July 17 the worst day on the sporting calendar. The NBA and NHL are deep into their respective offseasons, NFL teams have yet to reconvene for training camp and Major League Baseball is enjoying the All-Star break, leaving sports fans’ plates rather empty on this random summer weeknight. Luckily, the sporting landscape will not be completely...

Jon Hamm burns Dwight Howard during ESPY’s monologue

Last night, the best of sports and entertainment collided in Los Angeles at the 2013 ESPY Awards hosted by Mad Men actor Jon Hamm. During his monologue, Hamm decided to make a couple jokes at the expense of Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard and clearly, Jon Hamm went HAM: So cold, Jon!

ESPYs Host Jon Hamm Takes Shots at Dwight Howard, Manti T’eo in Opening Monologue (Video)

Wednesday night was the slowest sports night of the year, which made for a good time to get some of the best athletes in the world all in the same room to hand out some trophies. That’s what the ESPY Awards have been doing for some time, and the 2013 event took place Thursday night. As is customary with the ESPYs and pretty much any award show, the festivities were kicked off with...

Jay Pharoah Impersonates Jay Z At ESPYS, Kills It

I’m a sucker for a good impression, and it doesn’t get any better than Jay doing Jay. The whole thing’s hysterical (as is his litany of other stuff – Denzel is a personal favorite), but when he gets under someone’s skin, that’s about the top of the top. Check out Puffy at 34 seconds…dude is not amused. Or, maybe he is. Who knows with plastic surgery these days. If a...

BREAKING: Bomb Threat Reported At The ESPYS

We’ve got some unfortunate news out of Los Angeles this afternoon, where a bomb threat seems to have put the ESPYs (ESPN’s annual awards show) on ice for the time being.  Twitter users started reporting an evacuation just after 4:30 p.m. ET.  The TFB @ESPYS Dunk Contest has been stopped during warm ups due to a Bomb Threat. Hopefully we can get back out on the court today...

Jon Hamm Zings Dwight Howard at ESPYs

During last night's ESPYs, host Jon Hamm went after NBA star Dwight Howard with a few brutal zingers. And we mean brutal.
