Two of the pound for pound best and UFC champions Jon Jones and Georges St. Pierre are looking to return to action in October of this year according to UFC Tonight. Jones was hoping to make a comeback this summer from a gruesome toe injury that he suffered in his first round victory over Chael Sonnen in April. He has decided however to take his doctors advice and give his foot proper time to heal and is now looking to fight this fall, sometime in October. The young champ would still like to fight Gustafsson and it is looking like that will for sure happen as Machida was given an opponent for UFC 163. Dana White announced that GSP will most likely face Johny Hendricks sometime in October for the welterweight title but that is not set in stone yet. Everybody is wait to see what happens in the Weidman vs Silva fight to finalize that decision.

Back before UFC 151 Chael Sonnen started calling out light heavyweight champ Jon Jones a few weeks before his good friend and Team Quest teammate Dan Henderson had to pullout of the fight with an injury. The timing was suspicious to say the least and most people thought that Sonnen had knowledge of Henderson’s injury making his willingness to step up on six days to fight one...
Chael Sonnen made a huge admission over the weekend that should change the way fans view the disastrous UFC 151 fight card. You may recall that UFC 151 was supposed to be headlined by Jon Jones vs. Dan Henderson on Sept. 1, 2012. Henderson pulled out of the fight because of a knee injury, and [...]
If Chael Sonnen taking on Jon Jones away from Dan Henderson in a weird conspiracy that Hendo was involved in… I don’t even know. I really don’t. I have a feeling we shouldn’t be reading too much into this one-off comment by Chael Sonnen, in which he implicates Hendo and himself in the grandest of conspiracies and time-wasters, but for the sake of discussion, OK, here it is...
