Found January 10, 2013 on Outside the Boxscore:
Over the years, we've posted some pretty strange sports moments here on Outside the Boxscore but this the first time that we have a video showing a man disrupting a race by tackling the leader. It happened during a 10K run in Brazil as Kenyan runner Edwin Kipsang was pulling away from his opponents and seemed to be in the clear. That was until 33-year old Wallace de Sousa Nogueira attempted to tackle Kipsang to the ground but was stopped by police officers on motorcycles: After the bizarre moment, Kipsang continued his trek and claimed first place.
