PLAYERS: Brad Keselowski
Brad Keselowski was the only driver at Kentucky Speedway to compete in all three NASCAR races. By late on a hot Saturday night in the Bluegrass countryside, he was also the only one to pick up a third Sprint Cup win of the season. Now Keselowski is elbowing his way into the season-ending Chase picture and making more than a couple of other drivers nervous about their own chances. As the Cup series builds to its climactic stretch run, Keselowski, who also won at Bristol and Talladega and is 10th in the standings, is making a lot of people take notice.

Keselowski, team need to keep focus

When you think about the high temperatures at Kentucky Speedway last weekend, you can't be anything but impressed with Brad Keselowski. That man ran every lap in all three of the NASCAR touring series races there. He finished second in the Truck series race on Thursday night. He only had what I would classify as a decent run in the Nationwide Series race on Friday night. Then...

The 28-year-old picked up his seventh win in his five years on the circuit. He won earlier this year at Bristol and Talladega. Kasey Kahne rode a late surge to second place, 4.399 seconds...

Brad Keselowski blitzes Kentucky for third Cup win in 2012

SPARTA, Ky. — Three’s the charm — particularly if you’re Bad Brad Keselowski. Building a big lead during the final green-flag run and saving enough fuel to get to the end of the race, Keselowski won Saturday night’s Quaker State 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup race in a backup car.  Keselowski, who wrecked his primary car after tangling with Juan Pablo Montoya on the first lap of...

Keselowski needs talk with Montoya

What's the only thing standing between Brad Keselowski and being a serious contender for the NASCAR Chase to the Sprint Cup? Juan Pablo Montoya. There's no doubt that "Bad Brad" can get the job done. Keselowski and the No. 2 Penske Racing Dodge put on a clinic over the final 56-lap green-flag run at Kentucky Speedway Saturday night as he held the point to the...

Despite Mother Nature disrupting qualifying, Keselowski put down a lap good for 8th place, and Allmendinger put his Dodge in the 16th place spot. Below is a breakdown of their efforts Friday evening. Keselowski Qualifies...

Brad Keselowski Uses Great Fuel Mileage To Win Quaker State 400

When the final caution came out on Lap 209 of Saturday night's Sprint Cup race at Kentucky Speedway, it looked like the ensuing race off pit road between Jimmie Johnson, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Brad Keselowski, and Denny Hamlin would settle the outcome of the 267-lap event. On Lap 211, Johnson, Junior, Jeff Gordon, Martin Truex Jr. and many of the other leaders hit pit road for the...
