Klay Thompson and Harrison Barnes will both be part of Team Shaq in next week’s Rising Stars Challenge part of all-star weekend. Thompson and Barnes were announced last week as part of the initial 18-player pool (Ricky Rubio and Isaiah Thomas were late additions). On Thursday, Shaq and Charles Barkley held the schoolyard-style draft on TNT for their teams. Thompson was selected seventh overall, Barnes ninth: Happy to be apart of #TeamShaq. Time to get this W in Houston — Harrison Barnes (@HBarnes) February 8, 2013 Thompson and Barnes join teammates Stephen Curry (3-point Shootout) and David Lee (All-Star Game) as participants during the weekend. Rubio added to BBVA Rising Stars game

MINNEAPOLIS When the 18-man roster for the BBVA Rising Stars game, a part of NBA All-Star weekend, was announced last week, there was at least one noteable omission. Rubio's initial snub was surprising less for his play...

Last night marked the first time he took more than...
