Scott Lagasse Jr., driver of the No. 8 Hybridlight/Boy Scouts of America Chevrolet, will return to the NASCAR Nationwide Series at Kansas Speedway this Saturday in the Kansas Lottery 300. He will also be making an impact in the local community with a grand entrance at St. Patrick's Elementary School and a visit to 1000 Boy Scouts at nearby Camp Nash.
"Friday is going to be a great day for us," said Lagasse Jr. "I start the day out by driving a local Cub Scout who is also a huge NASCAR fan to school in the No. 8 Hybridlight/BSA race car to speak at an assembly with his class about the BSA Hybridlight race program. Then I head to the track where I look forward to getting back into the racecar with the leadership of Brad Parrott for practice at Kansas Speedway.
