He has gone from the Heisman runner up, to the butt of every sports related joke, and now sliding down draft boards all over the NFL. Te’o is not know for being extremely impressive athletically, but he definitely disappointed scouts, coaches, and front office personnel, when he ran a 4.82 40-yard dash  . He simply did not look very athletic in any of his drills, and there are some serious concerns on whether he can handle the Linebacker position in the National Football League.
