The Yankees enter the All Star Break limping.As I write this, the Yankees are 6.0 games out of first place, and 5.5 games out of second.I suppose one could look on the bright side and say that on July 13, 2007, the Yankees were 44-44 and 10.0 games out of first place.Maybe I forgot how I felt last year at this time, but at the moment things are feeling more hopeless. Perhaps it is because the Yankees are suddenly trying to catch two teams instead of one, but I think it is because the Yankees offense is seriously pissing me off.I can only give credit to the pitchers so many times.
