The good folks at 43 PR contacted us today and informed us of a new Android-based “Texas Longhorns Virtual Keyboard” app developed by Key Point Technology that officially hits the Google Play store tomorrow. The app is incredibly slick and allows Texas fans to show their pride for the Longhorns on their smartphone.

Greek professional basketball club Olympiacos says it has signed Texas forward Ioannis Papapetrou to a five-year contract.
Olympiacos announced the deal on the team website Tuesday. A Texas spokesman declined comment and said Longhorns coach Rick Barnes was trying to reach Papapetrou.

They have had to deal with Sheldon McLellan transferring to Miami and Julien Lewis transferring to Fresno State, losing Myck Kabongo to the NBA Draft, and in the process losing the three best players off a team that was pretty bad to begin with, finishing 7th in the 10 team Big 12.

Olympiacos BC has signed Ioannis Papapetrou to a five-year deal worth approximately $2 million, according to sources with knowledge of the deal.
Papapetrou averaged 8.3 points and 4.4 rebounds as a freshman for the Texas Longhorns last season.
Papapetrou recently played for the Greek national team at the U-20 European Championships.
