The Michigan State men's tennis team started off Big Ten season with a tough matchup against No. 3 Ohio State. The Spartans were unable to hold off the undefeated Buckeyes and suffered a hard-fought 7-0 defeat. MSU was able to take four singles matches into the third set but were not able to pick up any victories.
