WWE is still working with Ric Flair even without a contract in place. WWE wants to sign him and it's possible a deal will be made in the next few weeks. TNA is also interested in getting Flair back but he will appear with WWE for the next few months.
Flair is booked for next week's WWE RAW in San Jose, California and the following night's SmackDown tapings in Sacramento. After that he will go to Japan for his match with All Japan Pro Wrestling.
