And like that...it looks like Manny Ramirez is Taiwan's problem now. Unable to find a Major League team to take a chance on him, the 12-time All-Star is taking his game overseas to play for the EDA Rhinos of the China Professional League.  Financial details weren't released, but, according to ESPN, a "good foreign player" can make around $12,000 a month...a far cry from the money he banked while playing in the Majors. The embattled slugger's agent, Barry Praver, confirmed Ramirez had an agreement in place and will join the team Monday.  Apparently Sunday was spent in an airport.  Texting.  And pulling up his pants. "It will be a new experience, experience another culture while I keep doing what I love and all I've done in my life, playing baseball," Ramirez said last month when the possibility of heading to Taiwan first surfaced. Ramirez, who turns 41 in May, hit .312 with 555 homers and 1831 RBIs in 19 seasons.  He retired from baseball in April 2011 after committing a second violation of MLB's drug policy.
