Margus Hunt the 6’8 defensive end from Southern Methodist, has had a less than productive season for a defensive end, racking up 26 tackles and 6 sacks.  But last night at the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl against Fresno State, Margus went off.  Hunt racked up 4 solo tackles, 3 in which were for sacks, 2 forced fumbles and a safety.  Hunt looked very good and was pretty impressive. I don’t know whether to credit Hunt for having a great game, or to question Fresno State’s offensive line. I will never take credit away from a player, because it is not easy to put up stats like that, but he sure did impress on Monday night.  Hunt will have another game to impress NFL scouts when he plays in the Senior Bowl in January.  Hunt might struggle going up against the top talent, but if he can do what he did to Fresno State, his stock could sky rocket by April.  He is definitely a prospect to keep an eye on.
