While not the finish the No. 92 Black's Tire and Auto Service/fleetHQ.com/QMI Chevrolet team was looking for at Bristol Motor Speedway in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) UNOH 200, the trip to Northeastern Tennessee was not a bad one for the Ricky Benton Racing (RBR) Enterprises crew and driver Chad McCumbee.
"The guys did a great job getting this truck better all day," said McCumbee. "We were extremely tight when we unloaded, but (crew chief Kevin) Cowboy (Starland) and the whole crew made some good changes to the truck during practice. We ended up being a bit free at the start of the race."
With the long green 83-lap green flag run at the beginning of the race, the team was not able to make the needed adjustments and lost a lap to the leader. When the checkered flag fell, McCumbee had piloted the No. 92 to the 23rd position.
