Men's Lacrosse Ranked 8th In National Polls

Seawolves coming off 15-0 rout of AlbanyStony Brook, N.Y. - A week after achieving the highest ranking in school history, Stony Brook University's men's lacrosse team (9-3, 4-0 America East) has done it again. A 15-0 rout of Albany has put the Seawolves inside the top 10 as they currently rank eighth in the Nike/Inside Lacrosse and USILA Coaches polls. Inside Lacrosse analyst Quint Kessenich lists the Seawolves 7th in his weekly rankings.Juniors Jordan McBride (New Westminster, British Columbia) and Kevin Crowley (New Westminster, British Columbia) and senior Tom Compitello (Hauppauge, N.Y.) lead a potent offense that is averaging 14.2 goals per game.McBride (46 goals, six assists) leads the country in goals per game with 3.83.
